Memorandum and Articles of Association
These are the Memorandum and Articles of Association for the Enfield Island Village Trust, as approved in 2009, when the Trust received charitable status.
The island is protected by a number of covenants. The Enfield Island Village Trust takes action to ensure that these are not breached, given the practical and financial difficulties of these being enforced by individual homeowners.
Estate Rent Charge and Estate Rentcharge Supplement
The Estate Rentcharge is the basis, under the 1977 Rentcharges Act, for annual payments by homeowners on Enfield Island Village that support the Island's infrastructure and management. It is payable by leaseholders and freeholders.
Flats - Island Block Management Companies
The following three documents are the generic leases covering all flats on the island, except those belonging to Royal Small Arms, Island Centre Way.
